- Waste of money (for me)
- This product killed my back, I am 5'4 1/2 inches tall and it didn't seem to fit my height, even when adjusted. I used it for a few weeks but it was so painful on my lower and upper back. I gave it to my nephew. More reviews
- Not for tall people
- I tried the Ab Rocket in a store's display.
I am 6'2" and the back rest is not long enough for tall people like me.
I think it is only about 36" long.
Nevertheless I think there is a huge market for taller people.
Please, let me know when an extended product is available.

- So far so good
- Definitely makes ab crunches a lot easier, especially if you are like me and just getting started on ab training again. And I weigh 205 pounds, so not sure why some are saying it doesnt work if you weigh more than 150. Maybe they are not using the right Spring Attachment >? More reviews
