Steaks on laminate - Pushed dust around - Weak handle: It's in the box ready to go back after one use. Easy to assemble, easy to use.
Problem is handle is so flimsy that it made me push it carefully so I wouldnt break it. If you have laminate, it leaves streaks pretty bad. I also have travertine and it did tile beautifully except for pushing around the dust. If you set the mop down to move something… More reviews

Very limited cleaning for the price: This item performed very poorly for me, and the pad which I used was impossible to clean. Given the other floor cleaners on the market, this is pretty much a waste of money. It gives out a very limited amount of steam, and takes a lot of work to do a thorough job. Terrible for hardwood floors: I have owned two of these and snapped the neck of each mop while cleaning. I am a small woman, but these are hard to push on wood floors (even after they are warmed up).
